I'm a Dad, Husband, runner, swimmer, reader, gardener, and Management Consultant. A little bit of a scientist at heart. I love what comes from the convergence of people and information and am fascinated with watching great talent find its way into the world.

I have been a member of the Kinsmen Club of Calgary since 1994, and have held various positions within the Club.  I had long believed that the efforts of the Club could be better represented by having a charitable arm to help fulfill additional mandates, and create an endowment that would provide ongoing funding in perpetuity to help serve the community's greatest need.

There was a committee established to set up the charitable arm of Kinsmen Club of Calgary: which was achieved charitable status late 2010.

I was introduced to the Kinsmen Club of Calgary Foundation once it received charitable status, and was nominated into the position of Treasurer; which I still assist the Foundation with.
